Wagner SprayTech is committed to your project's success, offering a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging to ensure you have the right tools for every job. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and warranty claims.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure all sprayers, nozzles, and accessories are thoroughly cleaned of paint or debris and placed back into their original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
